- Type A1 or A2 (649 sq ft) suits one or two people and comes with a separate study room. Type C1 or C2 (1,050 sq ft) adds a third bedroom, with two bays on every floor.
- Check before you book
- The 854 sq ft quoted for B1 counts a 14 sq ft air-con ledge, while B2's figure has no such note. Confirm both are measured on the same basis before comparing.
