Privacy policy
The short version: this site has no forms, no accounts and no newsletter. It measures traffic with Google Analytics, and enquiries happen on WhatsApp.
What is collected on this site
Nothing you type. There is no contact form, no login and no comment box, so the site itself never receives your name, number or email.
Google Analytics 4 records visits — pages viewed, approximate location by region, device type, and which link brought you here — using cookies set by Google. It also records when an enquiry button is clicked, and which project page it was clicked from, so that a useful page can be told apart from a popular one. That data is held by Google under its own terms and is not linked to a named person by this site.
What happens when you message us
Clicking an enquiry button opens WhatsApp. From that point the conversation is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy terms, and the number you message from is visible to Nick Lim Kee Foong (REN 44288), as it would be in any WhatsApp conversation.
Messages and the details you choose to share — budget, preferred area, financing position — are used to answer your enquiry and to send the material you asked for. They are not sold, and they are not passed to a lead pool shared with other agencies. Where a purchase proceeds, the developer receives the details it needs to process a booking, which is the ordinary course of a property transaction.
Cookies
Only Google Analytics cookies are set. No advertising or remarketing pixels run on this site. Blocking cookies in your browser, or using a private window, stops the measurement and does not affect anything you can read here.
Third parties
- Google Analytics — traffic measurement.
- Google Fonts — typefaces are served from Google's CDN.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — the enquiry conversation itself.
- Hostinger — hosting; standard server logs including IP addresses.
Images and developer material
Renders, floor plans and specifications on project pages come from developer brochures and marketing material and remain the property of those developers. If you hold rights to an image published here and want it removed, email nicklim.iqi@gmail.com and it will be taken down.
Your data
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to nicklim.iqi@gmail.com and the request will be actioned within a reasonable period.
