- Type A, at 459 sq ft, suits someone living alone who wants a balcony; Type B has none. Type D, at 755 sq ft, adds a balcony and yard to three bedrooms, both missing from Type C.
- Check before you book
- No window is drawn for the study on the Type B plan, and it lies on the corridor side near the entrance. Ask how light and fresh air reach it.
