Step up to the 883 sq ft Type C only if you need a third bedroom and another parking bay.

Why Type B2 in Tower A: Each bedroom has a window, bedroom 1 comes with an attached bathroom, and guests use a second bathroom reached from the dining area. Type C, by contrast, puts both bathrooms inside bedrooms and shows bedroom 3 windowless.
Pick differently if: Type B1 (646 sq ft), offered only in Tower A, if a more compact two-bedroom suits you. Type C (883 sq ft) in both towers for three bedrooms with two parking bays.
Check before you book: The developer lists five lifts but does not say if that figure applies to each tower. Find out how many lifts serve the 24 units on each Tower A floor before deciding.
