The developer publishes three representative layouts — A1, B1 and C1. On the typical floor plate the stacks are labelled A1/A2, B1 to B6, and C1/C2, which are mirrored and re-oriented versions of the same three plans rather than different sizes: the brochure’s C2 drawing carries the same 753 sq ft and the same three-bedroom, two-bathroom count as C1. Ask which stack letter your unit sits in, because the orientation is what changes — the plate faces Chinatown and the islands to the west, the bus terminal to the east, and the Kuala Terengganu waterfront to the south.

Qubaz Suites stands on Jalan Kampung Tiong, on the edge of Kuala Terengganu’s Chinatown — a quarter of shophouses that has been continuously settled for close to three hundred years. The South China Sea is at the end of the street and the mouth of the Sungai Terengganu is less than a kilometre away, which is what puts the islands, Pulau Warisan and Pulau Duyong among them, within a short boat ride rather than a drive.
