Completion set for Q1 2028. A published target gives the liquidated damages clause in the sale and purchase agreement something to bite on. Ask for the date in the agreement, which is the one that counts.

- Why the Semi-D Cluster
- The plan gives the living room and rooms 3 and 4 windows facing the side lane. Room 2 is the only one without an external wall, and the front room 1 has an en-suite bathroom.
- Pick differently if
- An end-lot terrace on the 20' x 70' plan gives four bedrooms, and rooms 3 and 4 gain side windows. A plain semi-detached from Phase 1 or Phase 2 is worth considering once its plot plan is seen.
- Check before you book
- Phase 1 is at column-and-beam work and Phase 2 at footings, and both contain cluster semi-Ds. Confirm whether the SPA gives each phase an identical Q1 2028 date.
