Layouts running to 4 bedrooms. Family-sized stock is a smaller pool than studios and twos, which cuts both ways: fewer competing units when you sell, and fewer comparables when a bank values it.
11 acres of site. Land that size leaves room between blocks rather than the tight footprint most infill sites are built on. Ask which way your stack faces and what is planned on the empty part of the site.
Why some walk away
Landed stock is priced on the land, not the built-up. Two houses with the same floor area on different lot widths are not the same purchase. Get the lot dimensions in writing and compare those, not the square footage in the brochure.
The defect liability period has expired. Anything you find after handover is yours to fix, and whatever the previous owner renovated comes with the unit. View with a contractor rather than an agent, and look at the wet areas and the balcony line specifically.

- Why Cielo
- Bedroom 1 upstairs has a bay window plus an L-shaped run of wardrobes next to its bathroom. Cielo measures 47.9 ft deep, Viento 42.9 ft, and has terraces at both front and rear.
- Pick differently if
- Viento (Type 3A) gives a broader 29.5 ft frontage and a side terrace beside the living and dining areas; its land ranges from 3,455 to 3,885 sq ft.
- Check before you book
- The brochure lists 4+1 bedrooms, yet no plan names a fifth bedroom; the spare rooms appear as utility rooms. Find out which room counts as the +1 before comparing types.
