Alila 2, Tanjung Bungah, Penang: for most families we favour Type C. Its three bedrooms fill 1,947 sq ft, just 42 sq ft above Type D, and the master is placed across the lounge, apart from bedrooms 2 and 3. Type A (3,235 sq ft) is worth it only if you need a fourth bedroom plus maid's room.

- Entry to the master is via a walk-through wardrobe, and its bathroom includes a bathtub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both connect to bath 2, while a powder room near the foyer serves visitors.
- Pick differently if
- Type D (1,905 sq ft) places all three bedrooms in a row, handy with young children. Type B (2,397 sq ft) brings a utility room plus a third bathroom by the yard.
