- A compact hall leads to every bedroom plus the shared Bath 1, while the master's bath is reached from inside that room. You enter by the kitchen, well clear of the sleeping area.
- Pick differently if
- Type A (1,023 sq ft, also three bedrooms) adds a yard past the kitchen plus a longer living-dining space. Type D (1,280 sq ft) offers four bedrooms plus three bathrooms.
- Check before you book
- Parking is given only as a total for the whole project, not by unit type. Get the number of bays for your Type C confirmed in writing before booking.
