The developer lists high ceilings and a stair-free layout as the design intent, with solar PV panels ready and an EV charging point provision built in.

**The Panorama Residence** is the corner unit, on land running 5,543 to 5,802 sq ft with a 35 ft by 50 ft built-up footprint — 1,750 sq ft, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The corner plan opens up rather than simply widening: a private inner courtyard sits inside the house, and the extra land becomes usable outdoor space instead of a strip beside a fence.

**The Pavilion** is the single bungalow in the phase, on 6,588 sq ft of land with 1,500 sq ft built-up, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is planned around a central living core with a front private kitchen and a grand private lawn — one unit only, which is the whole point of it.

Klebang sits on the northern side of Ipoh, in the Meru Raya belt that has taken most of the district’s landed growth over the past decade.
