The six not shown are corner or intermediate variants at sizes already represented — Types 1 (1,210 sq ft) and 1A (1,201 sq ft) are four-bedroom corners, Type 2A repeats 1,179 sq ft, Type 3 is 1,460 sq ft against Type 3A’s 1,494, Type 5A repeats 806 sq ft, and Type 10A is the corner version of the 826 sq ft three-bedroom. Uni Vision sits on Lots 4596 and 4597, Block 26 of the Muara Tuang Land District, directly across from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak in Kota Samarahan. The developer’s locality map puts the campus at a five-minute walk, with the middle entrance to UNIMAS almost opposite the site.

Kota Samarahan is Kuching’s education town rather than a suburb of it. UNIMAS, UiTM Samarahan, INTAN and the Faculty of Medicine sit within a few kilometres of each other, and the shophouse rows at Uni Jaya, Unicentral and Unigarden exist largely to serve them.
