Every unit in the development is a three-bedroom; what changes across the six sizes is the floor area, from 1,205 to 1,593 sq ft, and whether you get a second or a third bathroom. The two largest layouts, at 1,582 and 1,593 sq ft, carry three bathrooms. There is no studio and no two-bedroom here — this is a development built entirely for families.
