The project summary quotes 871 and 877 sq ft for the same two units; where the two disagree, the plan sheet is the document that governs, so 858 and 872 are used here. Each villa block stacks two independent units, one on each level, and each unit has its own swimming pool rather than sharing one. The 800 pool suites in the two high-rise blocks have no published floor plan sheets yet — only the water villa layouts are documented.
