Grand Damansara in Petaling Jaya is best for most buyers as a Type B in Tower B: two bedrooms plus study and two baths across 686 sq ft. That is 215 sq ft above the one-bedroom Type C, and it adds a balcony Type C does not have. Type A, at 916 sq ft, only matters for a third bedroom.

- Tower B is the Housing Development Act block, with 10 units per floor compared with 21 in Tower A. Inside Type B, request a B1, the version where both toilets have windows.
- Pick differently if
- Type C is the show unit: 471 sq ft, one bedroom plus study, for a single occupant. For a family, Type A offers three bedrooms in 916 sq ft and a yard for the washer.
