Sizes in the table are built-up, the figure the developer prints on each layout sheet. Built-up is the main parcel plus the accessory parcel: 630 + 25 sq ft for Type A2, 880 + 54 for B/B1, 1,050 + 62 for C/C1 and 1,230 + 42 for D. The statutory advertisement states the main-parcel range as 630 to 1,230 sq ft.
