Because the plot is only 2.247 acres, the building goes up rather than out, and the facilities are stacked on three levels rather than spread across a podium: the ground deck (GA), Level 8, and the rooftop. Every unit has a balcony with a glass grille, and the brochure’s own claim — no blocking view from any unit — is worth testing on a viewing, because a 52-storey tower on a small site is exactly where you would expect the lower stacks to look at something. Ceiling height is roughly 3 m, and even the third bedroom in the larger layouts gets a window with an outlook rather than facing a yard, corridor or void.

Two of these are unusual for a 587-unit building. The **golf simulator** is a genuine differentiator at this size. The **kindergarten and nursery on site** matter more than they sound — in a school belt with congested morning traffic, childcare inside the gate is a real daily saving. There are also two commercial lots at the base planned for a cafe and a grocer, extending the lobby lounge, and bicycle locker cages at the lift lobbies.

Vox sits on Jalan Sentul Pasar with **direct access to the DUKE Highway**, and the MRR2, Jalan Ipoh and Jalan Tun Razak corridors feeding the rest of the city from there.

The immediate catchment is a school belt: **Chong Hwa Independent High School** and **SJK(C) Chi Mun** are both nearby, along with the Sentul primary and secondary schools. **KPJ Tawakkal Specialist Hospital** and **Hospital Kuala Lumpur** are the two hospitals in range, and Publika, Titiwangsa and the Sentul commercial strip are the nearest retail.

**Be clear about transport.** There is no rail station at the doorstep. The nearest stations are Sentul and Sentul Timur on the LRT Ampang and Sri Petaling lines and the Sentul KTM Komuter station, and the development provides a **free shuttle bus** to the nearest station rather than a covered walkway. If you need to step out of the lobby and onto a platform, this is not that building. If you drive, the DUKE access is the point.

The other honest caveat is traffic. A school belt means school-run congestion in the morning and afternoon. Drive Jalan Sentul Pasar at 7.30 am before you decide.
