The Ria, the Riveria City tower beside KL Sentral in Brickfields, works best for most households as a Type E1. At 750 sq ft it adds a third room and keeps two bathrooms, yet is only 100 sq ft larger than the 650 sq ft plans; the developer marks that room as either a bedroom or a study.

- Use the extra room as a study while it suits you and as a bedroom when the household grows. The 800 sq ft Type F1 adds just 50 sq ft more for a full third bedroom.
- Pick differently if
- Type C2 (650 sq ft) gives two bedrooms on opposite sides of the living area; Type D1 (650 sq ft) puts a single bedroom in its own wing with a pantry.
- Check before you book
- Phase 3 will use the Level 12 facility deck too once it is built, and the land-use category has not been published. Get both confirmed in writing before booking.
